Discovering new digital vistas in the reinsurance / insurance industry
Everest, a global reinsurance and insurance organization with a wide range of products and solutions, was seeking to drive their business by optimizing its corporate website to be more user-centered, enhancing their brand presence with an updated look & feel, and calibrating their content and messaging to better reflect their diverse offerings.
I started by conducting competitive assessments and heuristic evaluations to understand the marketplace, and to determine what would give Everest a unique digital presence that could be built upon their existing brand equity.
In order to give the site an updated look & feel, I started by deconstructing their existing logo, and using the triangle as a building block for a new visual language. This paved the way for a streamlined, modular visual system that enhanced the site’s usability and could also be translated into a components library to plug into the CMS platform.
